Scaled Pipeline.

Outbound consulting, measured at true size

One message.One buyer.Drawn to scale.

Most pipelines are sketched at the wrong scale. Thousands of rough strokes, none of them accurate. We work at the size of a single person: one researched message, written for one reader, checked by a human before it leaves. Then we repeat it until the drawing can carry weight.

ONE READER
Section A / Current state

Your growth runs on a network. A network is not a system.

Established companies tend to grow the same way. A partner refers a partner. A booth at the right show starts the right conversation. It works, and it is hard to argue with something that works.

But a network has no controls. You cannot turn it up in a slow quarter. You cannot read it, tune it, or hand it to someone new. It is a sketch of a market, never a drawing of one.

Section B / Inputs

Four ways to reach a buyer who has never heard of you. Most companies run one.

Outbound

You go to them directly, by name, with a reason.

Usually idle

Content

They find you while they work on the problem.

Usually idle

Referrals

Someone they trust says your name first.

Usually the only one on

Paid

You buy a moment of their attention.

Usually idle

Each channel is a separate instrument with its own tolerances. A company that only runs referrals is measuring its whole market with one ruler. Our work starts with the instruments you never switched on.

Section C / Unit of work

The smallest thing we ship is one message to one person.

Before a word is written, we study the reader. Their role, their company, what changed for them lately, what they are probably trying to fix. Then one message gets written for that person and nobody else. A human checks it against the research before it goes out. We write to people who have a reason to hear from us, and we stop the moment they ask.

Input
A named reader and a real reason to write to them.
Process
Research, draft, then a human review against the notes.
Tolerance
If the message would fit any other reader, it fails and gets rewritten.
Output
A reply, a pointer to the right colleague, or a clean stop.

Volume is a side effect of doing this correctly many times over. It is never the target.

Section D / Surroundings

A careful reader checks you out. We build what they find.

A good message sends the buyer looking. So the rest of your presence has to hold up under inspection. We put in place press coverage, short video, and a site that answers the questions buyers in your category actually ask.

We also shape that material so that when a buyer asks an AI assistant for a shortlist, your company shows up as a credible name on it.

Section E / Transfer

When the drawing holds, you get the original.

We design the channels, build them, and run them ourselves until they produce pipeline you can see. Progress is reported against a baseline we agree with you before any work starts. Then the engine moves to your side of the table.

  • The playbook
  • The data
  • The message sequences
  • Your people, trained to run it

You own every part of it. Nothing is rented back to you.

Before any engagement, we read how you reach buyers today and draw it back to you at true size. Which channels you run. Which sit idle. Where an engine would fit, and where it would not.

It is short and free. No pitch deck, no obligation. You ask for it through one form.
